The lady who waxes her eyebrows was filing the hands of another client and then came to touch my face in order to start waxing without washing her hands in between. The eyebrow brushes are filled with different hairs, with greenish residue. To top it off, no staff informs before the service that there is a problem with their TPE and therefore, no payment by credit card. Instead of resolving the situation, they continued to accept clients leaving me waiting. In the end, I was asked to do their shopping for the price of the service. Staff with a serious lack of professionalism. I will never set foot there again

2/5 the young person wanted to stop at 30 minutes of massage with very regular breaks, more than 10 minutes, like she was on her phone, and sometimes massage with 1 hand. At the end of the massage, 30 minutes of massage with breaks, I told her that 15 minutes of massage were missing and she offered to add more. As someone who is used to massages, it was not a massage, it was sloppy, it was more of an application of oil. She's not a masseuse.
